Terms of Service

Proppo is operated by Atovus (eenmanszaak), trading as Proppo, Nieuwstraat 110, 3732 DP De Bilt, the Netherlands, registered under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 98544950, VAT ID NL005341866B68. Contact details are in our imprint. Proppo is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. “Roblox” is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Proppo.
• If you live in the EU or UK and are under 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country), a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
• If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy anything. The parent or guardian who allows a purchase is the buyer and is responsible for the payment.
• One account per person. Use a real email address you can access: we send a link to confirm it.
• Generating models and the 60 free sign-up credits unlock once your email is confirmed. We may limit free credits to one account per person.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Each operation costs a fixed number of credits, listed on the pricing page and shown next to every action before you confirm it. Credits are held when a job starts and returned automatically if the job fails or you cancel it.

• Free: 60 credits once you confirm your email, plus 20 credits every 30 days. You can use every tool and preview every model in 3D. Free models are always public under CC BY 4.0 (section 6) and downloads are not included.
• Paid plans (Starter, Creator and Studio): a subscription billed monthly or, where we offer it, yearly. Each month of a paid plan adds the plan's credits and includes downloads, private models and commercial use.
• Yearly plans (if offered): you pay for 12 months upfront, at the yearly price shown before you pay. The plan's credits still arrive month by month: the first month right after payment, then one month every 30 days, up to 12 times per paid year.
• Credit packs: one-off purchases on any plan.
• Credits don't expire while your account exists, including plan credits and pack credits after you move back to Free. Unused credits carry over.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.
• Prices are shown before you pay and include VAT where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe.

• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (every month, or every year for a yearly plan) and are charged to your payment method until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time in Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for (the month, or the year for a yearly plan), then moves to Free. A yearly plan keeps adding its monthly credits until then. You keep all credits you already have. We don't refund the rest of a period you started, except as described under right of withdrawal and refunds.
• Upgrades apply right away: you pay the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period and get the matching share of the new plan's credits (on a yearly plan, the following months then arrive at the new plan's amount). Downgrades also apply right away, with no refund; the lower price applies from your next renewal.
• Switching a running plan between monthly and yearly billing isn't possible yet: cancel it and choose the other billing period once it ends.
• Introductory offers: if we offer a discount on a first plan (for example a lower price for the first month), it applies only to the first payment of that plan, once per person, under the conditions shown with the offer. Later payments are at the normal price. We may change or end an offer at any time; this doesn't affect a payment you already made.
• If a renewal payment fails, we retry it. If it stays unpaid, your account moves to Free until it is paid.
• If we change the price of your plan, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies, so you can cancel first.
• Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Credits are digital content delivered to your balance right after payment. Before you pay (in Stripe Checkout, or with the checkbox when you upgrade a plan in the app) you therefore confirm: “I ask for my credits to be delivered right away and understand that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once they are delivered.” Your right of withdrawal ends once the credits are delivered. We repeat this in your purchase confirmation email.

• Plans renew until you cancel. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• Yearly plans deliver their credits month by month. If a yearly plan is withdrawn from or refunded, the refund follows this section and the law, and the unspent credits the plan added so far are removed.
• Upgrades charge the prorated difference right away. Downgrades are not refunded.
• Bought by mistake? If you haven't used any credits from a purchase, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund it in full.
• When a purchase is refunded or charged back, the unspent credits it added are removed from your balance.
• Failed and cancelled jobs are always refunded in credits, automatically. Credits spent on finished jobs are not refunded.
• Prices include VAT where applicable.
• Your legal rights if the service is faulty or not as described are not affected.

To withdraw while you still have the right, tell us clearly, for example by email to support@proppo.com. You may use this model form, but you don't have to:

Your inputs. You keep the rights you have in images and text you upload. You confirm you are allowed to use them and that they don't infringe anyone else's rights. For example, don't upload characters, logos or models from other games or brands you don't own.

Your models. As between you and us, the models you generate belong to you, to the extent the law gives anyone rights in AI-generated output. In many countries purely AI-generated content is not protected by copyright, and the AI may produce similar results for other people. We don't claim ownership of your models.

Free plan. Every model you make on Free is published on Explore with its title, prompt and your display name, and licensed to everyone under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). Anyone with download access may use, change and share it, commercially too, as long as they credit you. This license can't be taken back for copies people already have. If you don't want a model to be public, make it on a paid plan. Free accounts can preview models in 3D but can't download files.

Paid plans. Any paid plan (from Starter) lets you download your own models and the CC BY models on Explore, keep models private, and use your models commercially, including in monetized Roblox games. If you make a model public, you choose CC BY 4.0 or “all rights reserved” (others can view it but not download it).

Using community models. When you use someone else's CC BY model, credit the author with their name and a link to the model, and say if you changed it.

The license you give us. To run Proppo, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process and display your inputs and models: to send them to our AI providers, make exports and thumbnails, and, for public models, show them with their prompt and your name on Explore and in our marketing. For private models we use them only to provide the service to you. The license ends when you delete the content, except for copies already shared under CC BY and backups that expire on their own. We don't train AI models on your content (our AI provider's own use is explained under AI generation).

• Models are generated by third-party AI providers (currently Meshy) and finished by our own pipeline. Your prompts and images are sent to them to generate your models, as described in the Privacy Policy. Under its own terms, the provider may also use prompts, images and results to improve its AI, so don't upload anything you need to keep confidential.
• AI results vary and can be unexpected, imperfect or similar to existing work. Check a model before you use it, and don't use one that looks like someone else's character or brand. You are responsible for how you use your models.

Don't use Proppo to create, upload or share:

• sexual content or nudity, extreme violence or gore, hate, harassment, or anything that sexualizes or endangers minors;
• content that is illegal, or that promotes terrorism, self-harm or illegal activity;
• copies of characters, brands, logos or models you don't have the rights to;
• content that breaks the Roblox Community Standards or Terms of Use if you publish it on Roblox.

Also don't impersonate others, spam Explore, scrape or overload the service, try to break or reverse-engineer it, get around credit or plan limits (for example with extra accounts), or resell access.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. We tell you what we did and why, unless the law stops us, and you can reply to contest the decision.

Every public model has a “Report this model” link. Copyright owners and anyone who finds illegal content can also send a notice as described on our copyright and content reports page. We review every report, remove infringing or illegal content quickly, and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

• We act on reports and on what we find ourselves. A person reviews every takedown.
• If we take a model down, it is removed from Explore and can't be made public again. We email you the reason and the rule or law it breaks, unless the law stops us.
• To object, reply to that email or write to support@proppo.com within six months. We review it and tell you our decision. In the EU you can also use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or go to court.
• We may disable accounts that repeatedly post infringing or illegal content, or repeatedly send unfounded reports, after a warning.

We work to keep Proppo available and secure, but we can't promise it is always uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we stop offering Proppo, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance so you can use your credits and download your models.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for intent, gross negligence, fraud, or death or personal injury, or your rights as a consumer.

Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, game revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. If you use Proppo for a business, you will cover our costs from claims caused by content you upload or by your breach of these terms.

• You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Your models, files and remaining credits are deleted and can't be restored, and any subscription ends immediately.
• Copies of public CC BY models that others already downloaded stay under that license.
• We keep billing records for as long as tax law requires.
• We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. Remaining credits are forfeited when an account is closed for a breach.

We may update these terms. For important changes we email you or show a notice in the app at least 30 days before they apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel and delete your account before then; if you keep using Proppo after that, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes go to its competent courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may also bring claims in your local courts. Please contact us first: most problems are solved quickly by email.

You can invite friends with your personal invite link and earn bonus credits by completing small tasks. These rules apply on top of the rest of these terms:

• A friend who signs up with your link and confirms their email gets 40 extra credits. This only works for a new account with an email address that has not had an account with us before, and each person gets the invite bonus once.
• You get 30 credits when that friend finishes their first model (for up to 10 friends every 30 days and 100 in total), and up to 250 credits when they make their first payment (fewer when they paid a discounted price). If that payment is refunded or disputed, we take those credits back.
• Inviting yourself (for example a second account, or accounts on your own network), fake or bought sign-ups, and spamming your link don't count: we don't give rewards for them, we can take back rewards earned that way, and we may close the accounts involved.
• Task and creator rewards are given once per task (or per model and downloader), only to the first account of an email address, and may have monthly limits shown on the rewards page.
• Reward credits work like other free credits: they have no cash value and can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
• We may change, pause or end the referral program and rewards at any time. Credits you already received stay yours.
