FAQ

Credits, resets and refunds

When do I get my credits?
Paid plans add their credits each time your monthly payment goes through. On Free you get 60 credits once you confirm your email, then 20 more every 30 days. Credits never reset: whatever you don't use carries over.
Why do I need to confirm my email?
Generating and the 60 free sign-up credits unlock once you open the link we email you. It keeps free credits to one per person. No email? Resend it from the banner in the app.
Do purchased credits expire?
No. Credits from a pack or a plan stay on your balance until you use them, on any plan, including after you move back to Free. They only go away if you delete your account or the purchase that added them is refunded.
What happens if a generation fails?
Credits are held when a job starts. Failed jobs are refunded automatically. Cancel before generation starts and you get everything back; a later cancel returns what the generator didn't use (the cancel dialog shows the amount).
Can I download on the Free plan?
Free includes a 3D preview of every model. Downloads (FBX, GLB, OBJ and the Roblox pack) come with any paid plan, from Starter at $9.99/month. Exporting costs no credits and you can re-download as often as you like.
How do I cancel?
Any time in Billing, no fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, then moves to Free, and you keep all your credits. The month you're in isn't refunded.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, any time from Billing. Upgrading charges the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period and adds prorated credits right away; downgrading applies now with no refund, the new price from your next renewal. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the month you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Credits arrive the moment you pay, so at checkout you ask us to deliver them right away and lose the EU 14-day withdrawal right once they are delivered. Bought something by mistake and haven't used its credits? Contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Failed jobs are always refunded in credits. Details are in the Terms.
Do you offer team or studio pricing?
Studio has the most credits, the lowest price per credit and the highest queue priority. Accounts are single-seat for now. Need more credits or something custom? Contact us and we'll set it up.

Invoices and receipts: Billing → Manage payment & invoices. Prices include VAT where applicable.
